Until these families decide that reading, writing and arithmetic and technical skills are more important How the hell are they going to learn when the roofs of their schools leak in winter, have broken windows, no heat, none of the amenities of a typical suburban school and with teachers who are underpaid and overworked. And this is all thanks to you assholes..............who have cut back on school spending as often as you can get away with it. Damn, your BS is annoying.
