Come on man. That is a terrible reading of the constitution and our democracy. The house represents all of the nation. That is exactly how our framers set it up. we are ONE nation under god and have an executive, judicial and legislative branch which the constitution laid out to run the nation. Districts elect representatives to the governing body of this country. They are the only body that can declare war. And they declare war for the entire nation. And they need to think in terms of the entire nation.
