You got that one right, Steve. Always good to hear from you. Thanks for the info.

If this one follows the pattern of the previous purchases, then Bramson had to plunk down 20% cash and has to pay the annual interest every December on the balance at some legally specified rate. All that interest should add up to anywhere from $400,000 to a $1.0 million to the cash balance. We can only hope he's been saving most of his $150,000 annual salary.
