Yet we have another housing bubble in high cost, high educated, high income, land constrained, demographically constrained liberal enclaves but this one under Obama. Hey it is 'great' that values are high, RE taxes are high you get the funding in these districts. But what about where the poor people on the other side of town live, values crashed but haven't even bounced yet making funding even more difficult and the divide between rich and poor is now greater than ever? Ironic the right wing calls Obama a socialist..
