It's really not a study IMHO. It's a policy argument kind of masquerading as a study. I would suspect John would have more problems with it then the Heritage study I submitted to him. To their credit they never call it a study per se, but use the statistics to imply that it is. My point is that both left and right think tanks have their own agendas when they come to the table with research. This doesn't mean it is worthless. The graphs from the Heritage Study are useful and the graph from this study is useful too. It is the conclusions drawn from the same that muddy the waters.
