Pierre, That (50day crossing the 200day EMA to the downside) happened at the beginning of Nov. That was a sell signal. However, since then, PRST has made a double bottom on significant vol at 28. That is usually a buy signal (the 2nd bottom ie). Thus its pointless to short at these levels (Wait till 27, in case 28 is the low) and its too speculative to buy (wait till either 41 or when the 50day EMA crosses the 200day EMA to the upside). Thus, right now, I would wait....for short covering!! --Olu E.
