It is unfair to compare APM's and RDRT's debt. Remember that APM will have to spend a lot of $$$ during the transition, while RDRT is already through with it.

I still plan on calling APM either today or tomorrow.

I agree with you. My statement was to illustrate that issuing shares is not the only way to raise cash.

I see two big uncertainties that I doubt anyone on this thread can address:

1. What will the institutions with a 47% stake in APM do WHEN the bad news hits?

2. What if RDRT and APM resume merger/takeover talks?

Since I am short APM, the first excites me and the second frightens me.
