Also, coal fired power plants generating a total of 15,000 milliwatt hours have closed in the last five years, and coal companies expect to close a total of 37,000 over the next ten years.

This country's total energy usage? Almost 500,000,000 mWh. If Obama's one coal regulation has had any impact at all, it's tiny.
