I'll agree that there was a lot of wasted money, just as there was in the recent Sandy effort (although the Sandy money was lost to fraud, while the Katrina money was largely spent on efforts that proved to be futile). And of course, Sandy was nowhere close to the scale of Katrina. Be that as it may, why don't we talk about specifically what you believe were FEMA failures. Then, I'll correct you.
