Ellen: I think NPEC is HEAVILY manipulated. That's one thing we can agree on. As to who's manipulating it, I'm not sure. It may very well be insiders. It seems RMIL is / was manipulated also. Who did it? I'm not sure yet. One thing they both have in common is Bob, me, and you. ;-) I know you and you know me. I don't think either one of us are in the manipulation business and at times have been on the losing side of either play. That leaves Monski. Perhaps he's a manipulator. ;-) One things for sure, this is the 2nd or 3rd time he's posted under a different identity. Cheers, KMT

Ellen, Sorry about takin' so long to get back, actually had to work!, Now I gotta run, my trainer is here!, BUT!!, In all fairness, Monski never said that NPEC was halted, I think he was making an analogy to the heavy shorting, which is cool with him, go figure!
