And, yes, I agree Seattle demonstrates both the kind of demographics and political will (because they have the money) that make their problems easier to address then other cities that have budget problems and more poor people.

Seattle ain't the problem, neither are places like Boulder, CO or Cary, NC. Many well to do people, very highly educated, high housing prices...ect Also keeps most poor people from ghettos out ironically who need role models for success the most of all..
