The caution part and need for official "proof" is the part that I would ascribe to Claude...and nothing wrong with that...just a different risk tolerance...the I want 12 million shares at 4 bucks is a different motive (more of a hypocrite) That one goes eather he wants the shares at four bucks or (if truly bearish) he wants to stick the stupid investors with a over-priced turkey. The fact that mgmt. has NOT done a PP at 4.00, tells me they are confident with the results of the resourse report and the PEA, and they will be able to eather get a much higher price in a PP or they can get the off-take or debt financing when needed.

I agree Claude, I believe the catalysts ahead of Zen should allow for a pp at higher prices when more certainty of the deposit is proven. Their current cash position is more than needed for the work programs over the next 6 months and more.

One of the biggest factors of DD is how and when a co does raise cash, gratuitous financings always a bad omen on mngmnt. Zen has not used the current strength to spread paper around and I consider that a strong positive along with the low float.

Cheers

The interesting thing is they own the property 12 miles in all directions. The EM indicates numerous other anomalies. So if this is a hydrothermal system, there is still a very good chance that the rest of the anomalies also hold pipes. If so, then sending one drill out into the hinterland to test would be a great idea once the deep holes on both east and west pipes are done. There is another anomaly about 500 meters north of this one, they sink one drill in it and hit good or better grades and it starts all over again.
