I will add my voice to the tonnage matters camp. Some funds cannot buy without and RE and people will be able to plug data in the NAV model of ROTH and see what this thing may do in terms of cash flow and NAV. I expect a double at least from the RE if it is over 100M tons at 4% or more.

I disagree completely, we will have our answer well before PEA. Things will be a lot clearer as we move through September and October. There will be important news this month and next, along with samples being sent to end users in October if SGS can process the bulk sample in a timely manner. We will know when we know, but well before PEA.
