I'm not against raising the minimum wage, or even doubling it. I just know from the personal experience of having assisted several homeless people transition from shelter to their own place, a job and personal dignity that such conditions impel people to want to get OUT of them.

Homeless shelters (and what I propose) aren't these :

Take a look at the minimum wage. At current levels the minimum wage is simply a subsidy for corporations.

Its a huge subsidy for Ag, and every small business that employs.
