We don't do anything. We let Europe and NATO take the lead and we say Ok we will join the rest of you when everyone has signed on.

Just tell us what our share is.

Then we smoke a joint and get back to watching football.

We need to hire hire geeks to watch China and make a computer pact with Japan to help us watch them.

And remember, Mccain has been wrong about everything and graduated at the bottom of his class. Very last place.
