Congratulations Ed! I've enjoyed your posts on this thread for some time now. As I am considering investing in this play in view of todays news, I seek your opinion on which is the better investment for a quick flip and/or for a long position (DML or NAI?). I understand DML has the upper hand in terms of the claim holdings for the area, however, all of the major intersections are on the NAI JV. Appreciate your opinion, Thanks.
