Yes! Today's diatribe is in the LU thread. Seems the "noveau monopolist" consider people in telecommunications to be stupid and lazy!!!!!!! Punk stands before me and says that, will get a quick and severe backhand!!!!!! Maybe a couple!! Let's see, telco charge to bring you monthly service? MSFT charges recurringly for buggy software and nails you everytime you buy a new computer? Telecommunication cost have been falling? What about MSFT monopolist Windows O/S?? Gates and his barrons of developers want free pipelines to further rip you and I off!! What a deal!!!!! Let's prevent all other stocks from growing earnings, EXCEPT MSFT!! Bullshit!! When it comes to those arrogant and full of themselves "Heroes of Redmond" I proudly accept the label of "chuckj"!!!!!! I didn't start the war, but they sure escalated it!!!! Why should MSFT monopoly be spared the same attack that they themselves are carrying on. At least telecommunication has various choices for you the consumer to consider. How many choices do you have for LD? In business, in larger cities there is an explosion of CLEC's to compete with ROBC's. That hasn't happen at the residential level. There, wireless is offering choice. In computing, MSFT are the ONLY choice, and that is the way they WANT IT!! Punks talk like they want competition, but practice and investigation is proving quite the opposite. Government over time has broken monopolies and they will NAIL THESE GUYS. They broke up Exxon, Cities Services (twice), railroads and Ma Bell. Each and everytime there was the FUD of you will ruin this and that. Yet each and everytime that was disproved. First person against the wall in the next revolution ought to be Bill Gates!! qdog
