CONFERENCE CALL

Yes, my questions about the slots was answered fully.

It was nice to hear the conference call, but unfortunately it had a slightly depressing tone because
there were few questions and the news on the slots was not completely positive. I think many
investors would have been nervous to find that Lymca still needs to get a gambling license to
operate. I understand the licensing process spelled out by Mr. Zilba, but the bottom line is that there
is no current guarantee that Lymca will be approved and the slots will be allowed into the country.
In fact, there are no casinos in operation anywhere right now.

It is very likely to me that Lymca will be approved (assuming they are a company based in V-land),
but this whole story spooked me a bit and it might have been enough to keep some people from
investing for now. The high volume and lower finish price indicates a small sell-off today.
Unfortunately, the slots discussion took up most of the time. I wish there were more questions about
the lottery stuff as this seems to be rolling along well to me. There must not have been many people
listening in as I think a larger crowd would have had many questions.

I think there was some good news in there too. I'm glad to hear that the 150 slots are ready to go.
They're just not allowed into the country. It's nice that Mr. Zilba is so positive about the lottery
project.

I think we will just have to wait for the profits to show up on the bottom line, which might not be
until May when Q1 is reported. A buying opportunity if you believe in Noram.

Once revenues begin, I would suggest that Noram post monthly revenue reports in a manner similar
to Pre-Paid Legal and others. Waiting for May's report will be tough. On the 15th of every month,
post the revenues (not necessarily the profits) from the previous month. That way investors will be
able to see a trend of increasing earnings.

I know the folks at Noram must be frustrated over the stock price right now. Future investors will
be a lot more comfortable when they see real earnings from this project.

Anyway, a mix of good and not-so-good. No big fireworks from this conference call.

Just my opinion.
