their friends in the CIA.. You may not have noticed but Obama (initially popular) is not considered a friend anywhere in the Middle East right now. In fact, he is hated by all sides in every conflict and considered one of the primary causes in the continued instability. I am sure the 'revolutionaries' in Syria would appreciate some missiles lobbed in the general direction of Assad but don't be so naive as to expect that to result in a friendship with anyone there.
