Does Nokia have a non-compete agreement with Microsoft? If yes, they can't. If no, they can come with a Nokia Android phone tomorrow. They still have all the patents and they can just outsource all the manufacturing like CRAPple does. But I bet they have a non-compete agreement with Microsoft. So no more Nokia phones, or Nokia wearables, or Nokia tablets. But I don't know for sure.
