D.Newberry: QWST is NOT just in the dark fiber business: Qwest has called itself "a rapidly growing multimedia communications company" not a seller of low margin dark fiber. Furthermore they are retaining for their own network a large percentage of the fiber. Somebody correctly me if I'm wrong here, but I believe the largest percentage of the fiber will remain Qwest's.
