Re: VSN.TO What about a possible drop down to an MLP for future financing and/or acquisition of NG gathers and their LNG export terminal. The parent VSN may reduce their distribution but now you get growth. Yield seekers could receive shares of the MLP for their VSN shares. That's my thought why there may be a distribution cut if management structures the financing that way. Future secondaries of the MLP could be issued to finance their growth. I doubt the VSN common shares would tank if something like that was considered. Did you see today's Canada employment numbers? They surprised by 3x. According to Bloomberg Radio, the equivalent employment figures for Canada are 5x higher than the US. That's were the growth is at least for now. EKS
