Hamid, Don't concern yourself (read that as: waste your time) with the lawsuits and how to get involved or uninvolved. Look at some of the other posts regarding lawsuits. Whether SIII prevails or the scum sucking bottom-dwellers(ooops...I guess I should be more objective) prevail, the only ones getting anything out of it will be the above mentioned SSBD's. Your concern (as well as the rest of us) should be with 1) is the company going come out with a kick-butt product in the next 6-26 weeks, and 2) is something going to be done to prevent these little intra-company boo-boos regarding accounting methods. Another day, another dollar. JP
