There was then & is common ground, the problem is exacerbated now as before when the same types of fanatics took over 2000yrs ago & thats the problem with old traditionalists & zealouts, they make everything black & white. So they also brought the wrath of destruction down on themselves then & trying to do the same again today. There were other options, there were many then in the ancient world that wanted to progress, to become more cosmopolitan but we saw zealots take over , just as it was then, so it is today . You have an open mind, sure you do, but history is all too clear. You are well informed because you get all your data feeds from spirit "sky people"? Pray tell.
