Re CSG - yes it rebounded nicely. I am keeping my position in my taxable account. I had bumped this up to almost 5%, so it was a good sized position for me. I am somewhat concerned about how the REITs will do in an rising interest rate environment. The cap rates (often less than 7% ) are very low now and most REITs appear to be trading with premiums to NAV. While rising rates were not always bad for REITs in the past, I think this time they will be because the rising rates have nothing to do with the economy improving much, but rather with the FED reducing their purchasing program.
