>>>P.S. People who have listened so far, does Gorman sound overly opstimistic (i.e. glossing over all the problems) or is he being objective?<<<

Both, I'm pumped to be honest.

New shares are for when funding is necessary. They are not being issued, but authorized. Earlier in the call Par said that new facilities would be needed at a run rate ~50 million, which could be as soon as the 2nd quarter

<I will vote yes now. Heck with it, all or nothing If I can dig up a couple of dollars, I may even buy another share or two. I definately won't be selling what I have.>

Humbert Powell closing call now. He believes we are posed to reap the business. Kind of fluffy here.

Next call is March 5, 1997.

Play back from 7:30pm tonight.

Mark- if you were the CFO, and you just reported backlog of $27 million, which is more than your revenues of the qtr just reported alone, and your prior record backlog was $10 million, wouldn't you be pretty optimistic?

They stated that they felt they would be delivering about 85% of that backlog in this qtr. On top of that, they also ship products during the qtr immediately that aren't included in the backlog number. I'm expecting that will add another $15 - 20 million in revenues.
