Nope. I would not allow it.

The information you gave only said that "...a number of parents said seven months to not tell them about the alleged incident was far too long."

It does not say that the school did nothing else during the investigation. It simply said it did not destroy his reputation until all the facts were in. There is no need to attack me. I had nothing to do with it!
