Well you are not a true statistician as you can provide not explanation of probabilities used by your anonymous 97%. In any case the opinion of a statistician often has no value. The opinion of an engineer or scientist may mean life and death. If I give you a map with no scale and it has no information that gives a clue to the planet it is on. Would a statistician argue the following statement is false. The probability that map supports the proffer that it will take you an hour to walk across the area enclosed by that map is 0%. You can bet you life on your HUP. I won't.
