Mohan - Yeah, I've seen SO many articles touting different viewpoints! I'm sure we will be seeing more as the holiday season winds down. At this point, CPQ management knows what is selling, I guess we will just have to wait for the numbers in January.

Mohan, I don't think CPQ was counting on sub $1,000 PCs to make or break their Q4 earnings forecasts. If anything, based on that survey they will be selling higher margined machines.....However. you don't suppose they have too many sub-$1,000 PCs in the channel that will later be 'dead weight' as unwanted inventory if the expected sales just weren't there?......George
