Thanks for the suggestion, I'll take a look.

Since spending a lot of time on both traditional spine and Feldenkrais therapy, and learning everything about my condition, I've been pain free 95% of the time for over 10 yrs. (I was never so bad, I wished for surgery.)

Occasionally I'll over do it, and my back will be sore, but I've only had one re-occurrence of debilitating pain in all this time. For the most part, between therapy, exercise, proper posture and generally taking care of myself, I'm managing really well.

Unfortunately I don't think any amount of therapy will allow me to swim freestyle again.
