Richard, it will probably be several years before institutions start buying LWAY. I am very confident that LWAY will not be making any future secondary offerings of more shares. They do have 300,000 stock options authorized with none of them having been issued yet, and they have another 300,000 authorized to be used for non cash remunerations, of which only 20,000 have been used. Over the next 6 or 7 years however, if everything continues on the present path, LWAY will have split several times making the float somewhere around the 10 million share level which may allow some small institutional funds to buy some. If and when my prediction for LWAY comes true it will mean that LWAY has revenues of around $100 million which also means the market cap will probably be in the $300-$500 million range, still just a small cap stock.
