Hard to say. Normally the big block buyers get some sort of discount. Could have been a buy, sell or a trade. Still, a good sign that it was above the day's close. IMO.

As for a close of 14 5/8, I guess it is possible, but if we are truly in a resistance area, one would expect to see more resistance than we have.

On the other hand with the expected Panretin trials announcement (assuming it is positive), the stock could blast through easily. Remember, this will be LGND's final trial to support its first NDA, which is a huge milestone for a development biotech since it really demonstrates its first success and shows its whole technology may be effective.

Stefan, The site I posted shows changes in the bib/ask which show up before the open, but not after the close. That's why it's so unusual to see a trade outside of the closing bid/ask which was 13 15/16 X 14 tonight. I've never seen an after hours trade at this site outside of the closing bib/ask range.
