Aubrey needs to make this news public. If he doesn't then I suspect he either has no balls or isn't concerned and if it's the latter then we need to ask ourselves if we have a CEO that is in control and can protect our investment from mafia activities.
Good god, man. Do you know the slightest thing about Canadian corporate governance?

Aubrey is not free to engage in conduct which could cause the corporation to be involved in litigation. If there is an issue with that potential, it must be referred to the Board of Directors. If the Board decides that it is worthy of further action, it must be referred to legal counsel for review. Usually, that process requires some back and forth, as both parties come up to speed. Only if the Board than approves any public commentary can the CEO speak to the issue. If he fails to obtain this Board approval, he could be personally liable for all litigation which might ensue, due to a breach of his fiduciary responsibilities to the corporation.

The shorter/bashers know this. They know they have time on their side. It is not a level playing field.

Everyone is Mafia to you, so in the end the idea would be to protect just you because, you are the only one that owns the stock that is pure.... right?
