This usually happens on a thread when you bring bad news. People insert terms like "conveniently forgotten," which imply that the target is hiding something that they know.

I haven't conveniently forgotten anything. If wages increase 8% this year, and labor is 50% of your costs, how much does your productivity have to increase to offset this 4% increase in costs?

As for prices being stable or decreasing in the PC, my point had nothing to do with margins, but with the corporate purchasing decisions. To repeat-- If X is increasing in price and Y is decreasing in price, you increase your up front purchase of X to Y's detriment. Thus, if non-computer capital costs are increasing for companies, they may purchase more non-computer items up-front at the expense of computer purchases.
