Simpy, we have another person on this thread that claims to be an engineer that works for Intel. But, he's displayed a LOT of non-logical, totally ideological biased thinking that makes everyone doubt this.

So, you aren't alone.

Simplicity,
I believe your obsession with mentioning my former career is telling on three fronts. It either portrays (1) that you believe conservatives would not hold a position that requires the ability to critically think (which flies in the face of reality, since the majority of scientists are politically conservative), or (2) that you believe a woman would be a rarity in such a position (which would render you a misogynist), or (3) that because I disagree with you on political issues, I don’t have the wherewithal to hold a position that requires analytical ability.
Definitely #1 and #3. (I don't see any evidence of #2.)

Ted is fixated on other people's careers, probably because his is in the toilet.

I don't know how many times he has expressed disbelief that I'm a computer engineer from an Ivy League school.

Seriously?! And you claimed to have worked with nuclear scientists? What was your job description?

I don’t answer to you.

Now where did I say I expected you to answer to me? When did Rs start playing the victim card with such frequency and consistency?

I happened to mention (How long ago? Six months maybe?) that I worked as a mathematician at an atomic power lab in Pittsburgh, only because you accused me of having no critical thinking ability, and critical thinking ability was an integral requirement for that particular position. I did not claim to have more of that ability than you; I simply claimed that, in light of my career, I could debate with you on a level playing field.

To my knowledge you never mentioned you were a mathematician to me..........I read in a post of yours that you worked with nuclear scientists. That's it.

Since then, you have mockingly referred to that revelation probably more than a dozen times (obsession … n… compulsive preoccupation with a fixed idea), whenever I seriously disagreed with one of your opinions.

More than a dozen times? Seriously. I have referenced the fact in past posts to you but I hardly think it was more than a dozen times.

I find your thinking strangely obtuse and illogical considering you were a mathematician. It has nothing to do with your being a woman or a conservative. Sorry.

Whether the reason is one, two or three, by your repeated references to my former career, you are continually proving yourself to be something along the lines of an intolerant bigot.

Projecting again?

This is the first I have read about your former career - not surprised and very impressed. Reading your posts of pure reason, facts and kindness is quite a pleasure compared to what I typically subject myself too. Wish there were a million more like you.

Keep up the good work and good fight!
