Anything happen with the Convertible debt issue? BTW, I think the issuance of rights is the right way to go (pardon the pun). Reason being that with a rights issue there is no dilution to individual shareholders. However, with the stock at 30 cents the strike is going to have to be set pretty low. Although a possible way around this is to do a stock consolidation simultaneously with the rights issue. I have seen problems with stock consolidations, such a, William Resources --> the stock went below a dollar it was consolidated to around $5 and now is back under $1. With the current sentiment towards gold and diadem the same thing could happen.

Dave, There are in my opinion many better plays at current prices the DIR. What makes you think these guys will do any better at getting something done next year when if they need money. Indomin and Yamana come to mind readily. Judge them by their track record and prospects of possibly $250 gold. Bob

Tax loss selling???? the stock has been going straight down since the Bre-x days in April... Management has been promising stuff but no real news has come out in the last 8 months, except that they needed money. The company may have great prospectus (in terms of land) but with no money to develop the property and no money for a feasibility study and no money to build a mine = dilution + dilution + dilution...

The stock price will keep falling and falling until REAL NEWS comes out and I don't mean a regurgitation of old news... I lost my patients and too much money waiting for something to happen. I sold half my position at 68 cents before the annual meeting and the other half at 42 cents after the meeting when nothing new was announced... I will sit on the sidelines for now but doubt I will buy it back anytime soon (not atleast while gold keeps falling through the floor)...

Good Luck to you All
