The reality is I would forecast legal fees for ZEN that are non-recoverable unless damages awarded in a court to be around $2million and take at least a year... or 2.

Taking this on is so brutal and such a major distraction it is tough to swallow. But eye balls are wide open and if they tweeted they are going to run something else tomorrow I really want to see it as a retail gringo.

The only reason that they are doing this is that they are confident in the fact that the company is a scam. Otherwise they would be nuts to stick their necks out like this. Good while it lasted.
