Asked for financials but haven't received them yet. Our mail is always delayed by however many neighbors get it first. Some folks said they had copies and Mike Millus will mail them if you call. registered non-street name stockholders should get them mailed.

Also, someone asked what S.M.A. stood for: Sales, Mergers, Acquisitions. However, the name was not conceived by the current principals as that name came from a shell which the principals merged into in early 1996.
