Let me second you here, New Gun. BNGO team definitely is on track. BTW, they DO read the thread! Not only they addressed all the questions we posted here, but they even have them more or less in the order of how they appeared on this thread!
Rodney! Here you get some of the hard numbers you wanted!
To all the pessimists: read this: "Darlington deal will be accretive to EARNINGS"!

New Gun, about your previous post: Are you telling that somebody took a 1/8 point of profit on 20k, and many more shares were sold at a loss of $3?

New Gun, - I too feel greatly encouraged having finished reading the Q&A's. The entire tone of the Q&A page appeared most optimistic. It also appeared to have been closely overseen by lawyers familiar with SEC law, rules, and regulations, which is to certainly be expected.

A few selected quotes taken out of context:

<<We do have a very strong "deal flow" right now, which will likely increase after the warrant call.>>

<<We therefore expect sequential revenues and earnings growth over the third quarter of 1997>>

<<Q: What is the status of the Darlington acquisition?

A: It is very much on track and expected to close within two weeks. Our due diligence on this deal confirmed the validity of their financial results and that this deal will be accretive to earnings. We believe that the market has lost sight of the financial and strategic value of the Darlington acquisition in light of the warrant call. This acquisition will likely be as financially beneficial to us as the Gold Strike deal.>>

<<Q: What is the status of current acquisitions?

A: We are evaluating opportunities in Canada, South Carolina, Mississippi, Kentucky, Alabama and other markets. We cannot comment on other deals at this time, but suffice it to say that we are very busy on this front and expect to make more announcements in the near future. A successful warrant exercise will significantly accelerate our growth in 1998 and beyond.>>
