Railcars: Greenbrier raised its outlook, and the stock moved up a bit. Perhaps the shale oil companies' difficulties with low price oil will not affect the production/use of rail cars as much as I (and others) have believed.

Sticking with Mr. Icahn, I'll up my few shares in ARII a bit, and I'll take on a few shares of the largest in the sector (construction/leasing) which is TRN.
In olden times -- maybe 20 or 25 years ago, Warren Buffett was a buyer of TRN or another when the p/e was 10, if I remember correctly. Of course that was then, who knows if he'd be attracted to the stock now at its current price/value (assuming he didn't already have Union Tank Car, which is in Berkshire).
