I certainly hope so! Maybe you or somebody can HELP me. I bought APM in low 30's sold in high 30's. Realized gain. Then bought again in 30's and was stupid enough to ride this down. Same WDC bought in mid 30's sold at 54. Realized gain. Bought again in mid 40's and again stupidly held on. Now holding APM and WDC. Am I liable for taxes if I don't sell at least enough stock to break even and negate my gain? Or not liable. Please help me!!!!!!! Sorry no good stock advice in return,(unless you need a contrarian indicator).
