If the poison pill were rescinded, there is still another "pill" that would be tough to swallow, the "horse pill" of 300 million plus shares. I think they should work to make a 10% return on their billion cash each year and use that return to buy back $100 million dollars worth of stock per year. Then MOAB impact would be magnified.
