It is not as if Apple is making less money when walmart sells it. Walmart is eating that difference. Apple doesn't need to it when it sells in their own store. If a big outlet wants to use your product as a loss leader, why quibble?

There is a catch there - it has to be pre-ordered and picked up by 9/25. Also, for only 5c. This is a good idea..

Apple has the largest market cap of any publicly traded company in the world.
