Ken, you have been very meticulous in your posting, and have never strayed from the facts. It's not the facts that are the issue, it is the interpretation.

What the press release shows more than anything is that they don't really know how to issue one.

I am calling tomorrow.

Here is my final list of questions:

Is MR ramp still expected to be completed by April, or are they speeding it up?

What percentage of sales will be lost due to terminated contracts from Micropolis and Western Digital?

When will the pico form factor be used in full production on the TFI line; Is there enough customer demand to warrent such an increase in capacity?

Are there any new MR customers?

How much cash will be needed to finance the MR transition; Do you plan on making a secondary public offering?

Are revenue forecasts (issued today) based on existing contracts or company estimates?

Brian

Your capitulation could be a sign of the bottom. Or is that just my luck?

I'm pleased that the statement came out _after_ two announcements by
WDC, and the damage was far below what I anticipated. I don't think premature press releases would have helped APM.
