personally I have been waiting for the market to realize this with NS/NSH. I have owned them since they were VLI, through thick and thin. the asphalt has been a disaster, and yes, storage is down at the moment, but that will change -- seen it before.

I had picked up some much higher priced shares a while back (april/june of last year after the first major leg down) and can lower my basis this year on those positions so I am currently doing that here in the 38s. I can use the tax loss to offset other gains this year.

the distribution will get cut, but I am expecting not as much as currently priced in. my read of the call was that they are in much better shape than last year and half, and still have some non-productive assets they can sell off to generate further cash.

Curt and Greeley are some of the best in the business, and I think they are getting back to their roots after the asphalt fiasco, and once it gets back into balance can work on growing the distribution again. that's my hope at least.
