KMI: I continue adding a little to my position.

Also, today added more to homebuilder MDC. Low p/e, low p/sales. Relatively low d/e. Otoh, company doesn't have the land bank that other builders have. There's a plus and minus to that.
=====================
And fwiw -- not much -- and it's maybe irrelevant -- but the market's closed now for the weekend, and there's not a lot going on here now -- so I'll add this:

Bought a few shares of QCOR: Low p/e, high profit margins, high roe. Possibly a scam or just that the numbers cannot be sustainable. Controversial in any case. I'll bet a little just on the numbers. (And I've been wrong many, many times.)

Buying a few shares of CHKP. Retail companies and others dealing with personal data have got spend more to improve their security. I'll bet a little that Check Point gets a good share of that business. Very good margins for CHKP. Price though, maybe a bit expensive (p/e vs roe vs rev growth).
