Yes, it was founded that way, and found not to work so they changed it! Incorrect. It never stopped working. What happened to the USA was good old envy, greed and laziness with a touch of shame. The USA was never perfect, but the one thing that we did better than anybody else was to provide opportunity. Now the opportunity that we provide is to live off of the government like parasites. And there's just no dignity in that.
