I love the fact they have all that space, but are light and easy to tow. I've always been a little adverse to pop-ups because there is so little storage in the kitchen, but I'd like to look at one so I get a feel for what they're like. That kind of rig can go into places others only wish they could. I didn't find a lot of info at their main site, and I'd like to know if they're winterized? I've always wanted to go from ski area to ski area pulling a rig. Some allow camping..............some don't.

Our daughter and family had a pop-up to start with.

Because they both work, their weekend camping time is about it. And when they get there, they want to be there, if you know what I mean.

Her husband's main complaint with the pop-up was, it took at least an hour to set up, and another hour to do the reverse.

They are relatively inexpensive and you do get a lot of camper in a very small space.

I am at a campground right now and across the way is a hardshell pop-up with the name "Alpine" on the side. When "popped up", it looks like the letter "A". Looks to have a skylight on one side of the sloped roof with a window-type air conditioner in the side beside the front door. I just looked it up, it's called the "Chalet". This photo doesn't show the air conditioner.
