What kind of claim is that? What are you even saying?

A person can get smarter their entire life if they keep learning.

Do you think one can learn all there is to learn by high school?

The more one learns the more vision they get. In science it is called knowledge directed perception.

One cannot see (in the minds eye) what they do not understand.

Learning should go on during ones entire lifetime.

Ask anyone how much college changed them. Well, if they do another four years it will change them again.

Always getting smarter and smarter and smarter.

The brain is like a computer and the more software one inputs the smarter they will become.

PS education is NEVER, EVER a waste of money!

There are no essentials to wisdom. Only more wisdom.

People who realize 12 years of education is not nearly enough for a healthy society.
If students can't learn the essentials in 12 years, 2 more in the same system is nothing but a waste of time and money.
