I shop Costco and Walmart for different things. Things I can buy in bulk and gasoline, it's Costco. Things I can't, it's WalMart. Costco employees seem happy. WalMart employees seem pissed off and/or depressed. I think that's the difference between conservative and liberal America, in a nutshell. Same here..........I have to admit I've only been in a Walmart store once but it was not a nice experience. But Costco is always great...........the employees seem to take pride in the store and their jobs These differences don't happen by chance.

WalMart doesn't sell $16,000 bottles of scotch and COSTCO doesn't offer single candy bars. A disease free mind might puzzle out the fact they're different parts of an unknowably complex mosaic, each improving lives for (mostly) different people. If (when) either fades it'll be because a better alternative is offered and accepted by a sufficient number of consumers, not by the ignorant intuitions of the contemptibly stupid.
